At Curated by Cecilia, we strive to ship your order promptly and carefully. Below is everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods such as holidays or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Estimated delivery times
- Domestic Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Domestic Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, weather, or customs inspections.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at customercare@curatedbyceciliacassini.com.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately at customercare@curatedbyceciliacassini.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen items. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Email us for support — we’ll do our best to help.
